A mooncake popular during the so-called Middle Autumn Festival. The Chinese give them to each other. The cookies are very filling, with a special fruit filling and a whole cooked egg yolk inside. The cookies are associated with a legendary beauty who left her lover and flew to the Moon to be eternally young. According to this legend, he lives there to this day. Unfortunately, I do not have a photo of it or the Moon to confirm this.
