The photo was a bit confusing because little LeLe is already 3 years old, he walks, runs and talks. Back then he was still a helpless baby. Here is a portrait with a happy mother who now also has a daughter. For them, a second child is happiness, but also a problem - because they have to circumvent the ban on having a second child.
